Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of treasury functions of the group\xe2\x80\x99s businesses
• Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with trading and investment objectives.
• Manage liquidity and optimize capital allocation across diverse markets and asset classes.
• Strengthen the Permanent Control Framework of Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Treasury in the Asia Pacific as per Global business policy and guidelines
• Spearhead risk management initiatives related to treasury operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance treasury process efficiency.
• Stay informed on global financial market trends and regulatory changes impacting treasury functions.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing treasury team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance and Banking or a related field
• At least 10 years of working experience (multi-type dealing experience is preferable) in treasury business with qualification of Financial Markets Regulatory Practices (FMRP) exam in Singapore
• Singapore Capital Markets & Financial Advisory Service (CMFAS) qualifications correspond to financial products and services under the wealth management business. Risk awareness and high ethical standards
• General knowledge of the operational risks arising from Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) activities.
• Extensive treasury management experience in a dynamic trading or financial services environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing effective treasury strategies.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
