Job Description

• Adecco is partnering with a Growing Technology Company, backed by a listed strong investor. As the business expands, we seek an experienced and strategic Head of Treasury to join our leadership team.
• As the right-hand person to the CFO, the Head of Treasury will establish and lead the company\'s treasury function. You will be responsible for setting up treasury processes, building a high-performing team, and ensuring the company\'s financial stability and growth.

Main duties & and responsibilities

• As the pioneer of the treasury department, you will build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
• Managing fund operations, raising capital, cultivating banking relationships, and handling statutory board grants.
• You will oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management, developing and implementing efficient treasury policies and systems.
• You will identify and secure funding sources to support our growth, leading negotiations with investors and financial institutions, and preparing financial reports and proposals.
• Establishing and maintaining strong banking relationships, negotiating optimal terms, and ensuring regulatory compliance are critical components of this role.
• You will also identify and manage grant opportunities from statutory boards, overseeing the application and reporting processes to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

The Talent

• Master/Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (e.g. MBA)
• Minimum 9 years of experience in treasury or finance roles, exposure within the technology sector is a plus.
• Proven success in managing treasury functions and raising capital.
• Strong financial market, investment strategy, and risk management knowledge.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
