Provide corporate secretariat, administrative, operational and project management, to support innovation, integration and development of THE COMPANY programmes and services. This includes:
Conceptualising and developing project scope
Engaging stakeholders for contribution
Working out appropriate outcome measures with process owners
Deliberating and drafting proposals
Project costing and return of investment (ROI)
Project implementation
Monitoring of outcome measures with process owners
Strategic planning for the organization involves:
Keeping abreast of latest trends and developments in national healthcare initiatives particularly those in the
Community Care sector
Aligning organizational strategic plans with national healthcare initiatives
Cultivating and maintaining a strong network with Public
Healthcare Institutes and key community healthcare partners
Data analysis and market research to aid in identifying, and developing strategic plans for the organisation
Management and coordination of the administrative aspects of programme implementation such as finance, workflow development, digital requirements, manpower, publicity, and regular update of projects.
HQ Office administration and facility management
Assist with a variety of activities to ensure that stakeholders and company meet their objectives. e.g. organize publicity events
Any other related duties as directed by the said reporting officer
Job Specifications
Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in healthcare operations. Understanding of project management, business development, financials, budgeting, workflow design and digitization.
Exercises good judgement, open to learning, perceptive and analytical in problem solving, with a view to systems thinking and integration
Driven, organized, effective time management
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Leadership skills; builds team and develops people
