Oversee daily production at our Central Kitchen to ensure consistency and creativity across all outlets.
Standardise recipes, elevate processes, and collaborate closely with our supply and operations teams to keep quality at its peak.
Create & Innovate
Design Client's pastry calendar -- from core classics to seasonal showstoppers.
Lead R&D trials, product tastings, and rollout of new ideas that keep Client's Brand exciting and relevant.
Represent Client's Brand as a pastry thought leader in media, collaborations, and industry events.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
6 - 8 years of hands-on pastry experience, including at least 3 years leading a pastry kitchen or brand.
Mastery in both classic and contemporary French pastry.
Strong experience in scaling artisan-quality production.
A curious, creative mind -- with proven ability to develop new products that resonate with customers.
