What you will be working on:
Product Management o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for in-house development and collaboration o Engagement with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and translate them into actionable product features. o Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with organisational goals. o Manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user experience o Lead product discovery activities - user research, requirement analysis, and prototyping - to validate ideas before development. o Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, continuous improvement, and product support and operations o Ensure that products developed in-house meet quality, scalability, and usability standards Project & Delivery Management o Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple initiatives within the in-house development portfolio. o Establish agile delivery practices, ensuring consistency in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives. o Track progress against milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). o Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. o Coordinate cross-functional efforts across design, engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Stakeholder Management & Communication o Act as the primary liaison between business units and the development team, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations. o Communicate project and product updates to senior management and stakeholders effectively. o Translate technical discussions into business-friendly language and vice versa People Leadership & Team Development o Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. o Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members to support professional development. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members achieve their goals. o Promote a learning culture through peer sharing, retrospectives, and internal capability building.
What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field o At least 10 years of relevant working experience in product management, software development, or digital transformation o Proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and roadmap planning o Experienced in coaching team members in product strategy, leadership, and resource management o Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a high level of independence in decision-making All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
