What the role is:

As Head of Programme Planning Office (PgPO) in Enterprise Group (EG), you will lead in central tasks such as analysis & planning, coordination, and collaboration across EG.
What you will be working on:
The jobholder will be responsible for the following: o Lead the team in the development of approach and processes for onboarding of systems onto enterprise initiatives, including enterprise cost models, procurement approach, etc o Plan, oversee and manage EG's internal processes, e.g., project matters, knowledge management, audit, workplan, finance, etc, review how to enhance and standardise best practices across EG o Lead the team to identify business trends and relevant issues in EG by leveraging research and data analysis o Lead in the enhancement and automation of the project monitoring and budget tracking processes, to ensure better tracking of performance metrics and resource utilisation o Assist ACE in reporting to MHA/HTX management and other cross-cutting functions across EG
What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines. o At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience o Good analytical, interpersonal, communications and facilitation skills. o Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible self-starter o Good communication and people skills in dealing with both internal customers, as well as external parties o Experience in planning, trend analysis, process creation/transformation, business process engineering will be an advantage. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
