• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize the current portfolio for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Manage negotiations for property acquisitions, leases, and disposals, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal standards.
• Oversee project management for new developments, renovations, and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic real estate management, preferably in a retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of successful network planning and portfolio optimization.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master\'s degree is preferred.
