Make an Impact by
Nxera Operations
Lead the operational performance, reliability, and compliance of all data centres within the region.
Ensure 24/7 uptime, energy efficiency, capacity planning, and adherence to safety and security standards.
Manage regional facility teams, contractors, and service providers to deliver to SLA and budget.
Oversee audits, certifications (ISO, SOC, etc.), incident management, and risk mitigation.
Drive continuous improvement in O&M (operations and maintenance), sustainability, and automation.
RE:AI Operations
Build and scale the operational capabilities of our GPU-as-a-Service platforms in the region.
Oversee provisioning, monitoring, uptime, and performance of GPU clusters and platforms.
Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and lifecycle support.
Implement systems for usage tracking, billing accuracy, SLA management, and support workflows.
Ensure physical and cyber security compliance of GPU infrastructure, especially in multi-tenant environments.
Regional Leadership & Strategy
Drive operational readiness for new site launches and service expansion.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting for both data centre and GPUaaS operations.
Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and high-performance across diverse teams.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including commercial, legal, finance, product, and ESG teams.
Lead business continuity and crisis response planning at the regional level.
Skills For Success
10+ years of experience in data centre operations, infrastructure, or related mission-critical environments.
Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-site operations (preferably across a region or multiple countries).
Experience in operationalizing and scaling GPU-as-a-Service or high-performance computing platforms is a strong advantage.
Possess good leadership with great problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills -- able to collaborate with legal, finance, ESG, commercial, and product teams.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication skills -- both verbal and written -- to interface with executive leadership and technical teams.
