Job Description

You will lead the leasing work for key properties based in Singapore, responsible for formulating and executing leasing strategies within the retail portfolio. Highly sensitive to what is happening in the retail market, you will be able to identify market trends, capitalise on opportunities to secure new tenancies. This position is best fit for a highly-energetic, driven professional with a diverse industry network. The successful candidate is highly analytical and collaborative, strong in communication with proven expertise and experience in leasing.Responsibilities

• Drive overall leasing strategies for the portfolio and implement innovative leasing solutions to achieve the desired tenant mix and drive revenue growth
• Plan and implement the tenancy mix for malls, including sourcing and securing suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at the malls
• Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendations of retail spaces at the malls to prospects
• Work with malls to constantly strengthen and refresh the trade mix with new and exciting concepts
• Work with the malls to achieve optimum occupancy and desired tenant mix
• Lease out the mall\'s promotional spaces, e.g. atrium in accordance with the standards SOPs
• Establish strong network with retailers and tenants
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend

• Due to regulatory requirements, this role requires a valid CEA license

• Minimum 10 years\' relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry
• Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complex
• Strong network of tenants and contacts valuable for tenancy planning and implementation

• Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a leader and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
• Meticulous, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
