In this role you will be responsible for leading the implementation of this differentiated career experience across the Bank, with a focus on the mid career talent segment (B5 / B6). This is a key leadership role within the Talent team and will work closely with a variety of HR and business stakeholder to execute, at scale our talent development strategy.

To be successful you will draw upon key skills where you build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others and have a proven track record of executing effectively even when the way forward is not clear.

Critical to this role is the ability to join the dots, being able to translate ideas into meaningful actions that enable business performance. A background of technical skills across a wide range of HR disciplines will help you hit the ground running along with experience operating in a variety of global, regional and market contexts.

Strategy

  • Partner with key stakeholders to influence, shape and deliver cross functional careers and talent management priorities that drive value across the Bank.
  • Establish and lead the implementation of the Banks talent development approach, including execution of a differentiated career experience for identified top talent and priority key segments of our workforce.
Business
  • Act as the first point of contact for a specified business area to provide strategic advisory, subject matter expertise and consulting capability to support the delivery of the Banks careers and talent management objectives and key results.
  • Partner with relevant HR stakeholders to drive consistency and impact of talent practises, processes and key messages across the Bank.
  • Leverage workforce data and insight to demonstrate impact, effectiveness and influence people and talent related decisions across the Bank.
  • Proactively form credible relationships and drive impact of the talent function through availability of data that influences decision making across the business.
Products
  • Set the Bank standard and approach in how we develop skills and experience in identified talent to strengthen our ability to develop and deploy these people to areas of the business where they will have the biggest impact.
  • Responsible for delivering end to end the differentiated career experience for our identified mid career talent segments, including enterprise wide initiatives that are targeted to priority talent pools.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in People Capability and Resourcing to curate for colleagues in identified mid career talent pools a practical, integrated experience across all stages of talent identification, development, and deployment.
  • Manage communications and engagement of colleagues in mid career talent pools, establishing regular channels to gather feedback and measure effectiveness of our differentiated career offering.
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders put in place ongoing practises that surface employee career stories that demonstrate the Banks employee value promise of \xe2\x80\x98investing in your growth and wellbeing\xe2\x80\x99.
  • Collaborate closely with Resourcing colleagues and Heads of HR to support the brokering of internal talent deployment
Ideal Candidate

15+ years\' experience in Human Resources across complex multinational organizations, ideally with a background in professional services, management consulting or financial services Talent Management

  • Talent Management - Knowledge of how to attract, recruit, retain, identify and develop talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals
  • Talent Development - Knowledge of colleague development objectives and methods; ability to design, implement and monitor an organization\'s talent development strategies
  • Brand Management - Knowledge of, and ability to use, tools and processes for creating and maintaining a marketing approach to promoting the company or a product line
  • Human Resources Consulting - Knowledge of policies, considerations and processes of human resources (HR)planning and development; ability to plan and develop an organization\'s HR operations in order to increase individual and organizational effectiveness
  • Change Management - Knowledge of and ability to align the organization\'s people and culture with changes in business strategy, organizational structure, technology and business processes
  • Workforce Analytics - Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions
  • Industry Knowledge - Knowledge of the organization\'s industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
  • Effective Communication - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours
