Head, Technical and Sales Support Location: Neythal Road( Pioneer) Working Days: Mon - Fri 5 days Working hours : 8:00am - 6:00pm Salary: $6000 - $7500 + $650 Transport Allowance + $500 Fleet Card Head, Technical and Sales Support Location: Neythal Road( Pioneer) Working Days: Mon - Fri 5 days Working hours : 8:00am - 6:00pm Salary: $6000 - $7500 + $650 Transport Allowance + $500 Fleet Card Role Summary The incumbent is responsible for leading the Technical & Sales Support team in executing all technical and sales support activities for Channel Sales products, including but not limited to pre-and after sales services to customers with proper solutions to fulfill customer satisfaction in order to maximize sales revenue and optimize distribution values. Role Responsibilities Support Channel Sales Team in pre and post sales activities in terms of technical support including: - reviewing BOQ, design, support in making quotations, updating Saleforce.com, exploring new leads/opportunities - technical presentations, demo to Partners, Internal Team, Contractors, SI or Consultants & all Stakeholders Prepare and organize (in coordination with Channel Sales Team) training of SI on our systems such as intercom, automation etc in term of theory and practice Attending to Technical Committee (TC10) meeting on regular basis and share minute with marketing team Attending any sales presentation and any technical issues clarification Update marketing personnel and share all relevant information about actual or upcoming standards Assists and support customer or sales team when facing technical issue Providing pre and post sales technical support and troubleshooting Support marketing team in term of product certifications Supporting sales teams in term of designing of systems and projects co-ordination such as site meeting, site supervision and attending to site issues Handle any others ad-hoc assignment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Leadership - lead, coach and guide teams to meet business KPIs, take accountability for all team results and initiate ways to improve and efficient processes Strategic Thinking - see the bigger picture before & after decisions made, think strategically - think of the consequences, come up with alternative plans as backup, use of approach to communicate decisions - respectful, professional, logical, ethical Management - be a mentor to team members, proactively detecting and resolving problems and disputes, bring teams (as well as stakeholders) to work cohesively together to deliver results Communication - relay professional and effective communication to engage team, explain company business strategies and processes, promote frequent communication and engagement within teams (as well as stakeholders), build trust, motivation and commitment Requirements Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience with System Integrators Strong technical background and with at least 8 years of site/troubleshooting experience Preferred incumbent to have System Integration background and experience Occasionally travelling is required
