Works with NACLI\'s Staff Training School in planning the yearly training schedule for PA staff programmes in support of PA\'s mission and strategic directions.
Oversees PA staff learner management and workday administration of NACLI milestone and leadership training for PA staff.
Analyses and provides insights into training statistics regularly to facilitate management decision-making.
Facilitates and value-adds to ongoing improvements to ops systems and process automation efforts to reap efficiency gains in training admin-related work processes.
What you will be working on:Key responsibilities include:(a) Learner Management & Course Planning (PA Staff Programmes)
Oversees PA staff learner management functions and workday administration of NACLI milestone and leadership training for PA staff. Works closely with NACLI Staff Training School on enrolment of PA staff for milestone and leadership programmes.
Supervises enrolment and certification-related matters for NACLI WSQ courses for PA staff.
Works closely with internal NACLI departments in the learner management and course administration processes to identify areas of improvement and streamlining of processes, workflows and templates for data collation, analysis and reporting.
(b) Training Analytics & Statistics Management
Generates key training statistics for quarterly review including working with Learning Science & Systems Department on tracking of e-learning training statistics.
Analyses and sense-make training statistics to facilitate management\'s decision-making.
Presents regular insights and projection of NACLI\'s training outreach to management team to ensure Institute\'s strategic deliverables are on track.
(c) Ops Systems Management
Oversees smooth functioning of IT systems / platforms used for NACLI\'s course and learning management e.g. LEarning And Performance System (LEAP) and GRL@PA.
Drives process innovation and experimentations with automation efforts towards digitalising manual backend processes e.g. use of RPA to eliminate repetitive manual processes, auto course confirmation, e-attendance taking etc.
(d) Other Supervisory Roles
Guides and supervises staff in discharging their duties and responsibilities effectively and pursuing continuous process improvements and innovations.
Drafts management reports and presents insights from training statistics to management team.
Facilitates submission of NACLI key statistics for release to PAHQ.
Other DutiesOther duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.
Covers duties of Assistant Dean when required.
Provides operational / secretariat support when required for PA and NACLI\'s meetings, projects and weekend events.
Supports Assistant Dean in onboarding briefing on the roles of Learner Management & Training Analytics for new NACLI hires.
Performs any other duties assigned by senior officers.
Serves as member of Key Priority Area teams.

Minimum - 3 years of working experience with some management/supervisory responsibilities
Desired - 3 years of working experience with some management/supervisory responsibilities in fields related to training administration and/or data management, analytics and reporting
Strong interpersonal, leadership and planning skills
Good grasp of training environment and resource-deployment related areas
Able to work well with IT systems, numbers and statistics
Good writing, organised and analytical
Familiar with ops system process and innovation
Thrive working in teams
Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite
