Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based transportation services field
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days (Mon - Fri) ; 8.30am to 5.30p.m.
• Salary Range: up to S$ 10,000 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Mainly responsible to lead the overall transport fleet maintenance operations, and works with various business units and supporting departments to manage the overall vehicle service operations for 600 to 700 fleets covering buses, lorries, prime movers, mixer trucks and etc.
• Approve documentation of all maintenance activities and develop improvement plans for maintenance processes.
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Implement improved maintenance regimes to enhance the reliability of bus systems.
• Lead technical recovery, complex fault analysis and testing of bus fleet and systems.
• Lead the overall implementation of fleet maintenance regime as well as provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Manage annual budget for the department and manage multiple contractors to ensure safety requirements as well as operating and quality standards are met.
• Manage workshop\'s performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Recommend vendors based on proposal evaluation and cost.
• Review and approve maintenance schedule and manpower plans and review audits on maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.
