Job Description
We are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Barista. You will train the staffs and oversee day-to-day operations. Successful candidates must be well-organized with nice workspace, creative update displays and good knowledge of food and beverage, in preparation methods and presentations. You must also possess excellent customer service, be positive, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Job Responsibilities:
- Training to staffs
- Day-to-day operations
- Constant care of workspace, i.e. clean and well-stocked
- Knowledgeable of the menu
- Recommendations of menu to customers
- Good presentations of menu to customers
- Answering to customer queries about the menu
- Barista duties and be creative
- Work as a team player
- Adhere to all food handling & hygiene safety regulations and quality controls.
- Able to handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedbacks/complaints
- At least 2-3 years of experience in F&B sectors, or as a barista, with proven customer service.
- Willing to train or to be trained in continue learning on F&B preparation.
- At least a good listening and communication skills.
- Polite and engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
