\xf0\x9f\x94\xa5Working Hours:
-7.30am - 4pm (Mon-Fri), 7.30am - 12pm (Sat)
-8am - 4.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8am - 12pm (Sat)
-8.30am - 5pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am - 12pm (Sat)
\xf0\x9f\x94\xa5Location: Jurong Polyclinic, Bukit Panjang and Bukit Batok Polyclinic

Job Scope:
\xf0\x9f\x8d\x99Assist patient to onboard My Health Map
\xf0\x9f\x8d\x99Promote app and assist patients to download the app.
\xf0\x9f\x8d\x99Guide patients at self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk and educate them on mobile payment.
\xf0\x9f\x8d\x99Provide support as and when required.

Requirement:
\xf0\x9f\x8e\x88Outgoing personality; not shy to approach patients
\xf0\x9f\x8e\x88Prior customer service background is advantageous
\xf0\x9f\x8e\x88Able to stand for long hours
\xf0\x9f\x8e\x88Open to all races and gender
\xf0\x9f\x8e\x88Able to speak in English and one additional language to communicate with patients
\xf0\x9f\x8e\x88Be flexible to be assigned to other clinics for coverage when required
