International Regional Director - Evidence and HEOR - Direct Markets

The world is changing its approach to the reimbursement landscape for medicines and the Strategic priority of integrating clinical evidence into the commercial and business plans to ensure reimbursement will be a prevalent topic over the next few years for Pharmaceuticals companies

You have an established Director level career in the Market Access / HEOR verticals for pharmaceutical industry and qualified in the Health Economics / HEOR field, your significant back ground in evidence generation through the last 5-10 years, which adds crucial value to the future development strategy of new pipeline drugs. You also strategically understand the clinical trial design process and execution space.

Along with this a demonstration of an influential and mind set change ability towards prominent Stakeholder engagement at regional and country market level for medicines.

You will have built and led, a regional team who are effective and progressive Outcomes, Access and and Evidence experts, enabling them to become capable of engagement with the country markets, to invest the development of evidence strategy, sharing you experience of delivering across diverse portfolios in HTA/ Direct markets - you will also understand how to effectively cross-functionally manage train and develop scientist and access personel

Your ambition is to be part of a prominent pharmaceutical brand\'s as they pioneer to transform the way the international direct markets reimburse their most important drugs - through policy, science and research.

• 5-10 years strategic capability for planning and execution HEOR, Epidemiological and Real world evidence within a pharmaceutical or healthcare matrix organizations
• Team leadership experience of managing and developing talent in the RWE & HEOR field and capability to build train and develop direct reports and in country specialists and market access professionals
• Masters or PHD in the Health economics or Outcomes research related field
• Significant emotional intelligence to effectively translate global strategy and develop it to the diverse in country markets needs for the therapy area
• Experience working and developing Key internal leaders to bring Evidence into their business strategy plans
• Unique ability to translate the international Evidence and scientific concepts to a matrix organization across multiple business areas for impact
