Job Description

Key Responsibilities





Provide comprehensive health administrative support to the health manager, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.


Organize and prioritize daily assignments to ensure effective time allocation and prompt fulfillment of duties.


Protect sensitive information with strict confidentiality, demonstrating professionalism consistently.


Coordinate travel arrangements such as booking flights, securing accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.


Support the preparation of health reports, presentations, and various business documents.


Maintain well-organized electronic and paper filing systems to facilitate quick and efficient retrieval of information.


Act as a liaison between internal health teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.


Execute general office duties as requested by the Director.


Provide personal assistance when necessary, including managing personal errands and tasks.





4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
