Responsibilities:
HSE Program Implementation: Implement the HSE program for the plant in alignment with corporate HSE policies, programs, and ISO45001 requirements to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Documentation Management: Ensure the updating and maintenance of relevant HSE documentation for the company and specific projects, guaranteeing that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Regulatory Compliance: Carry out and comply with all duties and requirements of the Workplace Safety & Health Act, ensuring all operations adhere to local and international safety standards.
Contractor Management: Conduct, review, and approve contractor work requests, risk assessments, and required permitting requirements, ensuring all contractor activities are safely managed and documented.
Inspections and Audits: Attend required HSE meetings, conduct necessary inspections and audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
Additional Duties: Perform any other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the Department Manager, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.
Requirements:
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer
At least 2 years\' HSE experience in construction, oil & gas and other major industries
Working knowledge and experience with ISO14001 / ISO45001 & Integrated Management Systems
