- Be the main focal point to bridge communication between the various external and internal counterparts (e.g. group departments, doctors and clinic staff) to ensure all business requirements are met
- Responsible for smooth running of the clinics\xe2\x80\x99 operations under the charge of the Clinic Manager, and ensure optimal manpower utilization and coverage based on patient load
- Oversee all facilities and support operational matters including set-up, refurbishment or maintenance of existing clinics and initiatives to enhance the operating efficiency of the clinics
- Provide and ensure team members maintain high standard of service quality and clinical quality. Where necessary, partake investigation and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve on gaps highlighted to enhance patient service delivery
- Handle the procurement of products and services with effective cost savings management
- Oversee and ensure premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standard
- Ad hoc duties given by Cluster Managers and the Management
- Diploma/Degree with minimally 5-6 years of related healthcare experience .
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and matrix organizational structure.
- Proficient with MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint
