St Vincent Home is a sheltered home for elderly residents in the community in need of a place to stay. Set up in 1979 in collaboration with the Society of St Vincent de Paul, St Vincent Home provides long-term housing and accommodations for seniors on the Public Assistance Scheme, with the aim of enhancing their quality of life and assisting them in maintaining agency, independence, and dignity. Residents have the freedom of managing their own activities of daily life as far as possible, and play an active part in the upkeep and maintenance of the home. and would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Healthcare Assistant (Night Duty)

:

• Provide assistance to the residents during the night
• Assist the residents needs in their daily living activities
• Assist with daily programmes of the Home, such as serving meals and conducting activities for residents
• Accompany the residents for medical appointments when necessary
• Ensure that residents follow the house-rules
• Report observations of the residents to the Administrator
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the Home premises
• Maintain work operations by following policies and procedures.
• Protect organization\xe2\x80\x99s value by keeping resident information confidential.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Stay in the Home

• Minimum secondary school education
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to perform the night-shift duty
