Job Description


Description

Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. PSA is to assist patients by checking patients\' service/order requirements, managing patient queues, handling basic inquiries (e.g. appointment booking), and providing administrative support to the nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

Must be comfortable to wear PPE when required.

Requirements

  • Min GCE N/O or \'A\' Levels / Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
