Job Description
Montessori Seniors Ltd operates a community-based Senior Care Centre, named Montessori Seniors @ Tanglin, for Seniors in the demarcated region to age in place in the community. The emphasis is to deliver quality holistic care that is comprehensive, coordinated and in collaboration with expertise in various disciplines, to our care recipients.
We provide Maintenance Day Care (MDC) and Dementia Day Care (DDC) services. The care is delivered in a safe environment with the care recipients treated with dignity and respect. Using the Montessori Approach, a person-centred care approach, we endeavour to engage our care recipients with activities to enable them so as to empower them to be in control of their own care, restoring dignity and to be part of the community and be able to yet contribute to the community.
The job scope include:
(1) Assist the Programme Facilitators to plan, conduct and evaluate activities for Seniors in the Centre.
(2) Take care of the elderlies including helping them with activities of daily living.
(3) Help to upkeep and maintain the Centre\'s cleanliness
(4) Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Centre Manager.
