Our client is seeking Healthcare Assistants passionate about mummy and baby care. They are the 1st prenatal and postpartum wellness center located in Sentosa, supported by a medical team. They provide prenatal and postpartum care for our quintessential women, to empower and support modern women in their maternal journey.

The Job

As a member of healthcare assistant team, you will provide a high standard of prenatal and postpartum care for new mummies as they transition into motherhood. Under the direction and supervision of our Nurse Leaders, you will engage in an exciting journey of guiding new mothers to care for their babies comfortably and keep their little ones safe and snug during their first month in our world.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers.
• Feeding/Assist in feeding of babies.
• Taking note of babies\xe2\x80\x99 temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behavior, and/or other necessary information.
• Monitoring of babies\xe2\x80\x99 growing progress.
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements.
• Ensure Baby Safety.
• Conducting umbilical Care.
• Performing Oral and Eye Care.
• Assisting in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager.
• Monitoring of Mummies\' recovery progress.
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding.
• Guiding mummies in baby care techniques.
• Assisting mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions.
• Assisting in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager.

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
• You possess certification in nursing care/ infant care or other courses that are relevant.
