Working location : Eunos Working hours : Mon to Fri (rotating shifts): staggered working hours 1. 7am-4.45pm 2. 8am-5.45pm 3. 9.15am-7pm Job Responsibilities * Assist service users' with Working location : Eunos Working hours : Mon to Fri (rotating shifts): staggered working hours 7am-4.45pm 8am-5.45pm 9.15am-7pm Job Responsibilities Assist service users' with Activities of Daily Living Conduct therapeutic and maintenance programme under the guidance of therapists Ensure proper housekeeping, tidiness and cleanliness of the activity area, fittings and equipment Ferry service users who require transport assistance for medical appointments Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, blood pressure and pulse Serve meals under supervision of a centre staff Transferring of service users to/from wheelchair/commode/geriatric chair, etc Staff may be required to perform duties at homes of service users and centre's premises Job Requirements WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) Experience working in a day care facility is an added advantage.
