Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate Dementia Therapy (Training & tools provided)
• Provide other home care services
• Deliver professional, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Family and Caregiver Support: Educate and support family members and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and care strategies to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• Strong passion to serve the clients
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated in providing high quality care
