Job Description

As a Basic Care Assistant, you will deliver care services aimed at enhancing cognitive and motor functions, as well support overall cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being. The role involves providing personalized, compassionate care to clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Dementia Therapy program (training provided).
• Provide additional home care services, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on comfort, safety, and therapeutic goals.
• Educate and support families and caregivers on care strategies.
• Ensure adherence to care plans and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with team members for effective service delivery.
• Complete required training, including CPR and AED certification.
• Assist in company events, fairs, and training workshops.

Qualifications:

• GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in home healthcare or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to communicate with clients).
• Computer literate.
