Responsible for attending to patients' needs in their activities of daily living Provide basic patient care procedures under the direction of trained nurses according to established protocols, and standards of patient care and practices

You will need to:

Perform basic physiological monitoring for stable residents i.e. vital signs, pain assessment. Prepare nutritional supplement and perform oral and nasogastric feeding of the clients. Assist in the serving of pre-packed medications to clients. Assist in client's Activities of Daily Living for client safety and comfort (e.g. personal hygiene, ambulation with assistive devices, and elimination needs Apply and monitor pressure relieving devices, physical restraints under supervision. Assist to maintain skin integrity and perform simple wound dressing. Perform and report blood glucose monitoring and POCT back RN. Perform safe lifting and transfer of clients. Assist clients with implementation of care plan (e.g. escort clients, conduct social activities) Support nurses in medical emergency or crisis situations. #

Qualifications

PSLE Certification GCE O-Level 3-6 months Basic Nurse Aide Certificate from home country (Foreign Trained) PRC Nursing * 0-2 years of experience
