Triage patients
Oral & written translation from native language into English
Obtain history of ailments from patients
Physically examine the patients
Diagnose the medical conditions
Manage simple acute diseases and chronic medical problems such as diabetes, mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidemia
Provide health education
Dispense basic medications
Basic mental health screening
Basic resuscitation
Nasal/Oropharyngeal swabbing
Performing point-of-care tests such as ECG, hypocount and urine dipstick
Performing intramuscular and intravenous injections
Administering direct observed therapy for tuberculosis patients
Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements
Possess a basic medical degree
Possess a valid practising certificate issued by the regulatory body in the country where the basic medical or nursing degree was conferred (if applicable)
Have a certificate of good standing issued by the regulatory body in the country where the basic medical degree was conferred (if applicable)
Show proof of English Language proficiency
