Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assigned emails and other forms of communication (including but not limited to messaging) to ensure client\'s queries, appointments and referral of services in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure providing of information is in a clear and comprehensive manner to clients.
Ensure timely follow up of clients\' requests within promised timeline and liaise with relevant departments
Promptly resolve client\'s enquiries by providing accurate and professional information
Provide receptionist duties at front counter
Provide other administrative support when required
Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management
Qualification & Experience:
Good communisation and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Good teamwork and organisation skills
Relevant experience in call centre, healthcare or customer service industry will be an advantage
Able to commit to 5.5 work week (half-day on Saturdays)
