Description
- Assist Head, Community Programmes in the efficient planning and operations of community projects.
- Support the development of partnerships and new services with other healthcare organisations
- Project manage to ensure that all projects meet the intended objectives, outcomes and deadlines
- Carry out quality control and compliance procedures.
- Conduct outreach activities Conduct programmes
- Develop informative materials Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
- Identify areas of improvements in programmes.
- Maintain daily records on clients\' progress.
- Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders.
- Plan the manpower roster for programmes.
- Provide programme updates to supervisor.
- Support the review and development of programmes based on client needs. Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
- Min Diploma / Bachelors\' Degree W
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare setting.
