Education
- Conduct teaching according to the learning outcomes/needs; adhere to hospital procedure guidelines and deliver safe and quality healthcare.
- Assist in the production of training materials (PowerPoint/ hand-outs/ itineraries/ instructions) for tutors & learners.
- Provide supervision to learners during practice and revision sessions.
- Assist with preparing Clinical Procedures (CP) exams for Years 1-5.
- Coordinate and conduct Simulation-Based Education.
- Perform other assigned duties as Instructed by (CP) Lead.
- Support the training of Simulated Patients.
- Assist in the training of adjunct facilitators.
- Plan and coordinate with external institutions/vendors for BCLS, AED, ACLS courses and Mask Fit sessions.
- Maintain records of learners for BCLS - AED, ACLS courses and Mask Fit sessions. Assist in compiling training statistics, i.e. voice feedback.
- Work with support officers on administrative procedures in the office and lab; Set up skills lab and SIM Ward for skills sessions (Classroom style and audio-visual aids). Manage / coordinate on-site logistics.
- Other administrative tasks as instructed by (CP) Lead.
