- Support the development of clinical services plan and population health strategy
- Identify, develop and implement the clinical services required
- Work with clinical leads to define and review clinical service requirements and workload
- Support Development and implementation of innovative care delivery models
- Review design and documents to ensure compliance
- Support planning of medical equipment and procurement
- Work with clinical leads to support the development of appropriate clinical criteria, workflows and conduct operations readiness exercises.
- Minimum Degree with past experience in the area of business
- Ability to organise, plan and implement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
