Then come and join our global team as Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead IT solution implementation projects. This role reports to the Team Lead, IT & Digital Solutions and works closely with our sales, IT engineers, application specialists, customer services team, customers, customers\' IT departments, and other involved parties.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will manage IT implementation projects of Siemens Healthineers\' software solutions at medical providers across Singapore and Brunei
• You will ensure timely updates for project deliverables and forecast accuracies
• You will identify potential obstacles and address them
• You are open and transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• You will support IT clarification requests by mapping customers\' IT security requirements against our products\' capabilities
• You will work with the sales team to define the scope of work for IT projects
• You will tweak the processes over time to achieve greater efficiency
• You will stay in close contact with our customers and relevant third parties (e.g. IHiS) to develop a mutually beneficial working relationship.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Technical degree or diploma in technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT/Infocom), or equivalent field, or at least 2 years of equivalent work experience.
• IT Security compliance (e.g., firewalls, anti-malware, backup & recovery)
• Healthcare IT Solutions (e.g., PACS, RIS, LIS, Lab Automation) is a plus
• Healthcare business and process knowledge is a plus
• Previous experience in Project Management a plus
• Project Management Professional accreditation preferred, but not mandatory
• Preference for Singaporeans or Singapore PRs

Your attributes and skills:

• You have an interest in healthcare
• You have good coordination skills in managing concurrent ongoing projects
• You possess comprehensive of project management/problem solving and process improvement skills, e.g., Six Sigma, Fishbone Strategy Implementation, etc.
• Background and / or interest in IT (e.g., Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, Databases, Networking) is a plus
• You possess practical / hands-on skills to manage complex project set-ups
• You have a good command of the English language (verbal and written)
• You possess capability to manage complex situations
• You are able to work independently and in a team
• You have a can-do attitude
