*ROLE 1* - PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

• Partners with HR and business leaders to support a culture of learning through effective, employee-centered initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and assess learning gaps and find short/long-term solutions to maximize employee success
• Implement key priority and communication plans as they relate to leadership and career development, team skilling/reskilling, onboarding, and engagement
• Conduct learning needs assessments and creates and/or improves current trainings through best practice research & adapt to e-Learning content for scalable delivery when appropriate
• Support our employee engagement survey process, data analysis, presentation building, results communication, and action planning initiatives
• Identify and partner with external consultants and our internal corporate L&D experts
• Maintain and update training programs for online training platforms using authorizing tools as well as troubleshooting user concerns.

*ROLE 2* EMERGENCY PLANNING

• Support the planning and setup activities leading to operational readiness and Emergency preparedness.
• Work with Senior clinical leadership and key stakeholders to provide leadership and drive the organisation, and project management
• Planning, implementation and coordination of emergency preparedness scenarios with the respective key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Work with appointed consultants and contractors to ensure necessary infrastructure provision are made
• Support planning and procurement
• Manpower deployment and training plan

Requirements * \xe2\x80\xa2 Min DEGREE any field

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Min of 3 years of experience in a healthcare
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills and aptitude to learn
