Job Description
- Position: Healthcare Operations Manager/Assistant Manager | Up to $7,000 | Novena
- Location: Novena Square
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus (UP TO 3 MONTHS) + Annual Leave Starting from 18 Days + Medical/Dental $700/year + Transport allowance Reimbursable

- Devise, implement and monitor clinic SOPs
- Drive P&L and hiring of clinic staff
- Role model for clinic staff and perform coaching duties
- Build people to people relationships
- Be creative and improve upon existing workflows and processes
- Act swiftly on clinic issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare data and information needed for presentation to management
- Attend senior level meetings (where applicable)
- Minimum Degree in Healthcare or Business Minimum 5 years of relevant Clinic or Hospital Healthcare experience in Singapore.
- Candidates with O&G or Paediatrics healthcare experience (public or private sector) will have an added advantage
- Candidates experienced in managing big teams across multiple work locations with have an added advantage
