Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Provide person-centric perspective by co-locating and integrating social and health services
\xc2\xb7 Community-based health and social services and programmes
\xc2\xb7 Enhance the ease of access for children and families to social and health services
\xc2\xb7 Provide community space for families to seek advice, as well as share and connect with one another
\xc2\xb7 Leading, planning and coordinating daily activities for the organization , as well as resource utilisation to ensure efficient and effective management
\xc2\xb7 Managing and overseeing the daily functions of organization lead engagements with external agencies and community partners to establish collaborations and referral workflows, taking charge of community outreach and publicity, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, budget planning for Organization\'s capital expenditure as well as overseeing the collection and management of patient and KPI data, and ensure that PDPA compliance measures are in place.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Diploma / Degree qualification
\xc2\xb7 At least 6-8 years of experience of which 2 years are in supervisory capacity
\xc2\xb7 Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior role
\xc2\xb7 Candidates with healthcare, social service experience will be an added advantage
\xc2\xb7 Possess strong leadership, supervisory, organisational and change management skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently
\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of improving operational workflows leading to higher efficiency/productivity
Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek (Saturday)
