Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+) and other clinical systems
Provide both on-site and off-site clinical support to the end-users
Assist users through the problem-solving process
Participate in testing clinical systems for implementation
Gather feedbacks to improve the clinical systems
Conduct and facilitate users training session
Provide 24 x 7 on-call application support to users
The Talent
Nitec or Diploma in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine)
Min 1-year continuous clinical experience in any healthcare organization
