Job Description

Job scope:



- Design and develop curriculum and performance objectives

- Utilize diverse teaching techniques to ensure effective student retention

- Provide individualized instruction with an emphasis on safety

- Teach all course content comprehensively and accurately, connecting lessons to career opportunities and employer expectations

- Maintain excellent communication and build rapport with adult learners

- Foster a positive and effective learning environment

- Attend and conduct classes as scheduled

- Work flexible hours for instruction as necessary

- Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:



- Possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma.

- Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience.

- Holds a valid ACLP certification.

- Prior experience in training is preferred.

- Hybrid work arrangement (combination of in-class and remote training).

- Immediate start date.

- Open to local candidates only.
