As a hearing specialist, you will put your consultative skills to work by asking great questions, being empathetic, understanding and recommending great solutions. This requires our team members to listen, communicate clearly and provide great customer service.
In order to excel and deliver great value and customer service, our hearing specialist are required to excel in their work every day. Here is what we require from our team :
Ability to apply soft selling skills in order to sell a bigger ticket item - one shot close
Ability to interview patients, ask good questions, listen empathetically, recommend the best solutions for customers as well as convey and explain the need/urgency of getting hearing help
Some technical skills required, as computers are used to program hearing aids and you will use audiometric equipment to administer hearing tests
Patience required, as many of our patients are seniors and have never had a hearing aid before
Ability to set and manage people's expectations properly through explanation and counselling
Full of energy and determination.
Ability to speak English and local dialects would be an advantage in order to liaise with client
Able to work and manage a clinic independently.
Lot of initiative and willing to learn
Willing to work 5.5 days a week.
