Heavy Forklift Driver (container Depot)
Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Forklift Driver to join our container depot operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy forklifts / container stackers to handle empty and laden containers safely.
Load/unload containers from trailers and stack them in designated areas.
Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure safe operating conditions.
Follow Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and depot procedures.
Assist in container yard movement planning to maximize storage efficiency.
Report equipment defects or irregularities promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
Heavy Forklift Operation (5 tons) Container Stacking & Handling Workplace Safety & Health Awareness Equipment Inspection & Maintenance Operation of Hyster / Double Stacker / Reach Stacker Basic Container Yard Management Systems * Teamwork and Communication Skills
