Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Salary: $2200 - $2500 + $100 shift allowance

\xc2\xb7 Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Saturday (8.30am - 1pm)

\xc2\xb7 Location: 56 Kallang Pudding Road (Nearest MRT Downtown Line Mattar)

\xc2\xb7 1 year contract

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Handle enquiries, providing information, handling complaints

\xc2\xb7 Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant parties

\xc2\xb7 Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs if necessary

\xc2\xb7 Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve customers satisfaction
