About Our Client

The company is a foreign manufacturing firm with growing operations in APAC. They offer a hybrid work arrangement with opportunities to move internally.



Reporting to the IT Support Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible to:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users locally and regionally via remote access
  • Identify and resolve issues on hardware, software and internal applications in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and prioritize tickets to ensure systematic and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with team members and other relevant stakeholders to ensure escalated issues are resolved
  • Be able to work on early shifts (daytime) on a rotation basis
The Successful Applicant

To be successful, the candidate will have:
  • Relevant qualification(s) in Information Technology, or relevant fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in service desk/technical support position
  • Experience in supporting regional/global users will be highly regarded
  • ITIL certifications will be desirable
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a passion to make a difference
