Job Description


We\'re looking for Helpdesk Specialist looking to support large scale public fronting application.

  • 5 days work week (Mon - Fri).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 or L2 support by helping to resolve basic customer enquiries.
  • Collecting general information about customer case and escalate to L3 support.
  • Collate repeating cases for analysis and tracking.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base of customer queries and solutions.
  • Perform simple manual testing on software portal.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in any Information Technology related field.
  • Working experience on ticketing systems using JIRA/Zendesk.
  • Knowledge on Appian, Ruby on Rails or ReactJS will be advantageous.
  • Customer service oriented.
