What are we expecting from you?
As Jewelry Marketing Assistant SEA, you will support the High Jewelry Marketing team to develop the category in the 4 SEA markets (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam). You will support business operations for daily business and for events, analyze product performances and will contribute to local action plans (trainings, product animations) in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams. You will provide feedbacks to local and regional counterparts to drive further growth.
Your main missions will be:
Coordinate HJ Product Operations

• Support Marketing team to coordinate High Jewelry product operations with Boutiques, Logistic and Regional teams (stock transfers among SEA Boutiques, new stock allocation, import/export with other markets/HQ...)
• Be the key contact for stock availability requests and follow-up after client presentations
• HJ/GIA certificate management: ensure timely delivery from HQ to markets

Support Events/Boutique Animations

• Assist the Marketing team in preparation of events/boutiques animations
• Participate in the creation of product related content/tools (ebooklet, training decks)
• Be the referent for client presentations tools (gloves, trays, mirrors...)

Contribute to HJ Product Strategy

• Support Marketing team for novelties launch and daily activities
• Convey product knowledge and create sales tools for new/existing collections
• Ad-hoc analysis on product performances and business trends
