We are looking for bright, passionate, and eager individuals who believe in nation-building through education.Our High school teachers shall mentor Grade 7 through 12 students, through dynamic learning experiences that develop skills useful to the real world.Expertise in business/ technology is vital to this role.Duties and Responsibilities: * Facilitate dynamic learning experiences in Math, English, Social Studies, Science, Business, and Filipino.* Adjust content and activities based on deviations on unexpected learner outcomes and circumstances* Discuss assigned duties with teaching assistants in order to coordinate instructional efforts.* Observe students' performance, and record relevant data to assess progress.* Assess learning outcomes, grade tests, and record results, and present these to the master teacher* Create and execute action plans to take struggling students to desired skill levels* Enforce administration policies and rules governing students.* Motivate and maintain excitement among students to perform above expectations.* Give feedback to the curriculum design team, on the effectiveness of instructional resources, learning resources, and assessment tools* Partner with a master teacher in interacting with parentsMinimum Job Requirements: * College graduate required; Post-graduate education preferred* Licensed teacher preferred* Well spoken and written English skills* Aptitude to facilitate learning through case studies, scenarios, simulations, and with a Learning Management System (LMS)We are hiring for SY. 2022-2023!
