Job Description
Hello Arigato is a japanese inspired cafe best known for Sandos, Coffee and Bakes. We are currently expanding and on a look out for young dynamic indivduals to join our family. We have Full Time and Part Time positions to fill for the role of assistant manager at various outlets.
Summary
- Hours : 5 Working Days, 44hrs/week
Salary : $2800 - 3800 (depending on experience)
Locations : Joo Chiat / Upper Thomson
- Curating a great experince for all our guests
- To represent our brand and make sure that guests are well taken care off on every visit
- Communicating and connecting with guests to let them know what we do and constantly maintain a feedback loop for improvements
- Ensure smooth operations which include opening and closing duties
- Maintain communication channels such as Whatsapp and Social DMs for orders and enquiries
- Take care of the welfare of the team
- Managing inventory of stocks
- Scheduling and other management duties
- Look after sales targets
- Understand P&L and maintain costs within our operating buffer
- Prior F&B experience preferred
