Job Description

:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations for a large multinational mining company.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders across various business units to support ongoing system activities.

Learn and understand business processes and system functionalities over time.

Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for new enhancements and system changes.

Support analysis, testing, and implementation of new features or changes.

Maintain clear and structured documentation related to business processes and systems.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability and willingness to learn complex systems and business processes. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.

Prior work or academic exposure to mining or shipping operations.
