Job summary:

• Location: West - lakeside mrt
• Work hrs: 7.30am-1715pm
• Work days: Mon to Fri
• Salary: Basic up to $2500
• Position: Automotive Assembly Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance work and follow-up on all troubleshooting and repair works
• Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance, including service report from vendors are documented
• Support ad-hoc machine breakdown including fault troubleshooting, diagnosis and replacement of defective components
• Monitor and maintain spare part list
• Supervising contractors for onsite work involving installation, servicing and repair work
• Proper housekeeping of the tools after usage
• Update list of chemical in the storage and ensure SDS is within validity period
• Liaise with overseas and local supplier for equipment and spare part matters
• Involve in internal and external audits when required
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in supporting maintenance function in manufacturing environment
• Hands on in troubleshooting plant equipment including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system
• Experience in robotic system maintenance will be an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work at height with MEWP
• Able to support after office hours and weekend when needed
• Well verse in Microsoft office applications
• Able to read and interpret schematics
• Need to travel overseas if needed
