Posting Title: HIV Business Intern

Education required: Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college/university with a focus in Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications or Business disciplines.

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a Singapore university for the duration of your internship.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.

Expected Start date: January 2024

What will you do?

You will be required to support and assist regional commercial managers in the activities in relation to our HIV product portfolio:

Responsible for the communications (both internal and external) and coordination with project medical & communication agencies

Assist in development of regional marketing materials

Preparation of promotional materials for regional marketing campaigns

Getting approval and certification for marketing materials that is in line with industry and company guideline.

Analyse market trends and provide suggestions and tactical support to continuously innovate and keep up-to-date with the evolving environment including omnichannel

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Medical, compliance and LOC teams to drive projects and achieve operational goals

Actively participate and contribute to team meeting discussions

Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required

What are we looking for?

Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal and written

Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn.

Ethically grounded due to the nature of information that you will be in contact with.

Proficient in use of IT and software/systems, ideally document management and database systems

Keen attention to details

Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, problem-solve, work in teams, and focus on delivering assigned work
