Job Description

Role Responsibilities Strategy Initiative Creation * Collaborate with Chief Product Owner (CPO), Product Owner (PO) to create the initiatives in SharePoint, JIRA and Clarity. * Product backlog Role Responsibilities Strategy Initiative Creation Collaborate with Chief Product Owner (CPO), Product Owner (PO) to create the initiatives in SharePoint, JIRA and Clarity. Product backlog creation in JIRA with the life cycle stage (LuW, DtW). Clarity data and JIRA data synchronization as and when there are changes in JIRA. Create the Cost plan and get the approval from Portfolio team. Handle end to end Initiatives, product backlog (Epics) and cost are aligned to approved QPR. Business Product Backlog Work with POs on regular tracking of the delivery progress in JIRA. Ensure every Epic / User Story / Task are updated regularly with the progress and resource allocation. Collaborate with CPO and PO to re-plan and prioritize initiatives based on business value and asses the impact on cost and benefits (OKRs). Ensure any new major changes to the prioritized product backlog (within 90-day cycle) are reported to RF for approval and subsequently submit to MPR / QPR for approval on the impact to OKRs, Cost and timeline shift on the 90-day approved commitments. Ensure PO documents the product backlog items clearly and in consumable format. Ensure CPO and PO completes the GRAM and CRA for all initiatives. Financials (Budget , Forecast, Actuals and Capitalization) Work with CPO and PO on the resource allocation and associated cost to ensure monthly cost variance is minimum (particularly in terms of external resource and non man-day costs). Manage the budget and P&L of the Hive. Ensure financials are captured in clarity on monthly basis. Ensure the accruals are captured and managed (Extension / revisions / dropping). Reconcile financial postings on monthly basis and ensure the variance reasons are documented and tracked. Regularly notify the underspends to CPO, PO and RF and ensure to release the unutilized funds to QPR (Obtain RF approval before releasing). Present Financial details to RF with variances (underspends / overspends). Support CPO and PO on the capitalization (as per nWoW). Ensure capitalization triggers for every customer go-live. Ensure the cost is available by application as the capitalization is based on application not based on project. Refinement Forum (RF) Collaborate with CPO and PO on the current month progress, next month plan, Impediments, squad velocity, burndown, Resources, Cost, CST status (ex: GRAM, CRA, PO attestation etc.,) and Impediments to report to RF. Run Refinement forum and track RF action items to closure. Monthly Performance Review (MPR) / Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) Collaborate with CPO and PO on the MPR and QPR reporting requirements. Work with CPO and Agile coach on Big Room Planning and capture the current quarter progress and next quarter priorities. Work with CPO and PO on the cost details of the next quarter. Prepare (draft) the MPR and QPR repots and run-through the details with TL, CPO and PO. Track OKRs and include in the MPR / QPR repots and highlight the reasons for any OKR delays. All de-prioritized deliveries are reported to MPR / QPR with the OKR impact. Processes Resource, Procurement and Delivery milestones. Ensure JIRA and Clarity data is synchronized with the Tasks and resource allocation. Proactively manage the resource time booking to avoid any manual re-classes. Ensure to have clear understanding the resources that are supporting initiatives (Internal / Squad and External / Interface teams). Support CPO and PO on Onboarding new resources. Ensure all required approved SOWs / contracts are in-place to procure vendor resource / infrastructure. Ensure eProc is raised for all contracts and manage the vendor payments. Regular tracking of milestones to ensure the deliveries are on-track as per 90-day cycle commitments. Track SOW / Contract milestones vs payments on monthly basis. Collaborate with CPO and PO on vendor review. Impediments Ensure CPO and PO document all Risks and Issues in JIRA. All Risks / Issues required escalation to RF / MPR / QPR for resolution are created in clarity. Ensure all blockers are reported to RF, MPR and QPR and seek direction. Dependencies on deliveries from other tribes are reported to QPR. Ensure CPO and PO discuss with other tribes on the dependencies and resolve the issues before raising the dependencies / blockers to MPR / QPR. Regularly track the impediments and ensure they are addressed in RF, MPR and QPR. People and Talent Ensure that team is appropriately staffed with required skillset. Risk Management Drive Robust Hive risk management. Governance Ensure Squad members are aware of the nWoWS, policies and comply. Ensure effective governance by aligning all artefacts and assurance deliveries to the standards and policies (nWoWS, CGP). Regular tracking of CSTs Ensure GRAM assessment is completed for all Initiatives and report to RF. Ensure CRA is completed for all production rollouts (MVPs). Ensure PO attests all pre go-live and post go-live as per the assurance framework. Ensure clarity has clear go-live milestones to indicate the customer go-live. Ensure impacted applications and processes are documented in JIRA and Clarity for all initiatives. Key Stakeholders Tech Hive Lead - WJ POs across WJ Hive Squad leads Other WM Hive Leads Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor's / Master's degree. 8 plus years of experience in Programme / Project management and Transformation. Banking / Wealth management experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of managing financial reporting including resourcing and cost management for the program. Relationship building and influencing - able to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Strong collaboration, consensus building, problem resolution Excellent people management and talent development skills Adept at working across matrix organization. Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Experience in vendor management. Strong execution capability.
